The attraction of the Estates is the unparalleled panorama of Lake Balaton, the view of the vineyard rows, the proximity to nature and, last but not least, the excellent wines.
We complement these qualities with our personal presence and the
with our aim to make our guests' stay here as pleasant as possible.
About the accommodation
The building that also serves as accommodation and the guest parking lot are located in the upper part of the estate, above the rows of vineyards, and are easily accessible from the street. The panoramic guest rooms are located in the attic, and the guest dining room is located on the ground floor. The accommodation is suitable for 6+2 people, and the following rooms await our guests: Balaton room (2 people), Diófás room (2 people) and Family room (2+2 people). We provide free parking for our hotel guests within the estate.

A toaster, a Nespresso capsule coffee machine and a water dispenser that also makes hot water are available. Baby equipment is not available, so if you are arriving with a small child, you will have to take care of these yourself.
The communal space is also suitable for socializing: conversations, drinking wine, and playing games.

Booking conditions
Our payment and cancellation conditions: The full accommodation fee is due upon booking, or in the case of an earlier booking, no later than 2 weeks before arrival, and can be paid by bank transfer or by prepayment with a SZÉP card (OTP, K&H, MBH). If the booking is cancelled within two weeks of the arrival date, the accommodation fee paid will not be refunded. From this point of view, changing the date of the booking also qualifies as a cancellation, and a new booking will be made for the new date.

Breakfast
We offer our hotel guests a homemade breakfast after their night with us. Our offer includes local smoked goods or egg dishes in addition to the usual breakfast accessories.
Breakfast is served between 7:30-10:00.
